Omnipresent TV personality and producer Ryan Seacrest is renting an Upper East Side townhouse for $75,000 per month, a sizable sum even for the new co-host of “Live With Kelly and Ryan.”

Seacrest’s new pad is a 19th-century mansion that spreads over 11,000 square feet, according to the Daily Mail. The six-story home sits in the tony Lenox Hill neighborhood of Manhattan, not far from where his new morning partner, Kelly Ripa, reportedly lives. People magazine says Seacrest will be sharing the rental with his girlfriend, model Shayna Taylor.

The building has been thoroughly updated to include a high-speed elevator, 15-zone climate control, and a 30-foot-high vertical garden. It has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and 3,000 square feet of entertainment space. It’s a whole lot of house for Seacrest and Taylor to host friends and family.

The kitchen features blond and white cabinets and a breakfast island topped with Calacatta Lincoln marble. The master suite, which occupies the entire third level, boasts a dressing room with morning kitchen, seating area, and one of the home’s six wood-burning fireplaces.

The mansion, built in 1879, also features a wine room and a roof garden including full kitchen and grill.

Nancy Aryeh of Douglas Elliman, who sold the mansion to the current owner two years ago, says, “It was a complete wreck, and it underwent a huge renovation.”

Seacrest, who hosted Fox’s “American Idol” for 15 years, began his morning chats with Ripa in May. No sooner did he warm up his “Live” seat, than rumors began to fly that ABC wants Seacrest to host the network’s “Idol” reboot set to debut in early 2018.
